1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hedge Hunter Platform ("Platform") and participation in the Trading Balance Program ("Program") operated by Hedge Hunter ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Hedge Hunter operates a structured Trading Balance Program that employs a dual-broker hedging approach for forex trading operations. The Platform provides account management, a digital wallet and ledger system, access to program packages with defined capital tiers and profit-sharing parameters, optional VPS provisioning, a 5-level referral commission system, and automated trading signal execution via proprietary Expert Advisors (EA) on MT5.

The Company acts as an operational program manager, not as a licensed investment advisor, broker, or fund manager. Participation is at your own risk.

3. Account Registration

To participate in the Program, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activities that occur under your account, notifying us immediately at admin@hedgehunter.vip upon discovering any unauthorized use, and ensuring your email address is valid and accessible.

4. Program Participation

Participation in the Trading Balance Program requires completion of risk consent acknowledgment, submission of a package request subject to manual review and approval, providing valid broker account credentials for Broker A and/or Broker B, and maintaining minimum deposit levels as required by your selected program tier.

5. Deposits

All deposits are processed manually and subject to admin verification. Deposits are credited to your Platform wallet only upon confirmation by an authorized admin. The Company does not guarantee any specific processing timeline. Deposits are non-refundable once applied to an active trading program.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests require sufficient available balance in your wallet, manual review and approval by an authorized admin, compliance with applicable minimum withdrawal amounts and platform fees, and compliance with AML verification requirements for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. Processing times are typically 1–5 business days.

7. Profit Sharing and Settlement

The standard profit split is: 60% to the participant, 20% to the trading/owner team, and 20% to the marketing and referral pool (distributed across up to 5 referral levels). Settlement is performed on a per-broker, per-period basis with a configurable daily cutoff (default 04:00 UTC).

8. Referral Program

The Platform operates a 5-level referral commission system. Referral commissions are calculated based on the deposited capital and activity of your referred downline network. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program with notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose including money laundering or fraud, create multiple accounts to exploit referral or cashback programs, attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Platform, provide false or misleading information, share your account credentials with any third party, or engage in abusive conduct toward Platform staff or other participants.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or participation in the Program.
