Hedge Hunter and its Trading Balance Program involve participation in forex and derivative trading activities. These instruments are highly speculative and carry substantial risks. The Company does not provide investment advice, financial planning services, or any guarantee of returns. All information provided on this Platform is for informational and operational purposes only.

Past performance of any trading strategy, program, or referenced return figures is not indicative of future results. Any statistics, track records, or performance data displayed on the Platform are illustrative and historical; they do not imply or guarantee that the same or similar results will be achieved in the future.

2. Leverage and Margin Risk

Forex and CFD trading often involves the use of significant leverage. While leverage can amplify profits, it equally amplifies losses. It is possible to lose more than your initial deposit if positions move adversely. The dual-broker hedging structure employed by the Trading Balance Program is designed to mitigate — but not eliminate — directional market risk.

3. No Guarantee of Returns

No return is guaranteed. The Trading Balance Program aims to generate profit through structured operations, but profits are not guaranteed in any period. Capital is not protected. Unlike bank deposits, funds deposited into the program are not covered by any government deposit protection scheme. Participants may lose part or all of their deposited capital. Hedging does not eliminate risk.

4. Counterparty and Broker Risk

The Trading Balance Program routes trades through two external broker entities (Broker A and Broker B). Participants are exposed to counterparty risk including broker insolvency or regulatory action, broker platform outages, order execution delays or slippage, changes to broker terms or leverage limits, and failure of the broker to honor withdrawal requests in a timely manner.

5. Technology and System Risk

The Program relies on automated Expert Advisors (EA) running on MT5 platforms, as well as VPS infrastructure and the Hedge Hunter web platform. Technology risks include VPS downtime, MT5 platform errors, cybersecurity incidents, software bugs in EA trading algorithms, and internet connectivity failures.

6. Regulatory and Legal Risk

Participants are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in this Program complies with the laws and regulations of their country or region of residence. The Company does not represent that the Program is legally available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.
